These apply to all wedding bookings with Zoe Norris Bridal Hair & Co
- Booking enquiries can be made via this web page , telephone or email
- Zoe Norris Bridal Hair will supply a quote and confirm availability.
- To secure the booking, clients must pay a non refundable deposit of £50 The balance is the remainder plus any travel charges and any extra hair used.
- Zoe Norris Bridal Hair will provide a booking summary and confirm receipt of the deposit. It is the client's responsibility to check the booking summary and ensure that Zoe Norris Bridal Hair is notified of any errors within 7 days of receipt. If the client notifies Zoe Norris Bridal Hair of an error after this period,
- and Zoe Norris Bridal Hair is unable to fulfil the booking, cancellation fees may apply.
Please note that the booking is not final until the deposit has been paid in full and Zoe Norris Bridal Hair has confirmed receipt in writing/ email.
The deposit can be paid by BACS.
The trial is payable to the stylist on the day of the trial.
The balance is payable to the stylist on or before the day of the wedding in cash or by BACS.
The price agreed at the time of booking is final, so if Zoe Norris Bridal Hair price list changes it will not affect your agreed rate.
The balance payment of weddings outside of the UK must be paid and cleared before the stylist leaves the country. All booking details, travel and accommodation must be agreed by the bookings team before departure.
All discounts and special offers are agreed at the time of booking based on the number booking. If the number changes any discounts will no longer be applicable and full price may be charged.
If for some reason you cancel your booking, your cancellation must be confirmed by email or telephone.
If a wedding is cancelled in full or part service 14 days or more notification must be given if not full payment will be required
Your deposit is non refundable
Please note that all changes or cancellations MUST be stated in writing
We want our clients to be happy with theirstylist. If a client decides to cancel a wedding booking after a trial, the deposit for any wedding day charges will be retained.
The trial and travel money paid to the stylist is completely non refundable.
In exceptional circumstances a stylist may need to cancel a booking. This has never happened before but, if it does all attempts will be made to find an alternative stylist. If this is not possible or is unacceptable to the client, Zoe Norris Bridal Hair will refund 100% of the deposit.
Changes to bookings
Notification should be given of any changes to the booking and trial as soon as possible. This includes changes to the number of clients, location, dates and times. It is the clients responsibility to do this as we can not guarantee stylists availability all day.
Changes must be confirmed in writing via email or in person and are not accepted as written notice until you have received a reply from either your stylist or the bookings team.
Change of trial date - An alternative date will be found.
Sunday trials have a surcharge of £20.00.
Change of wedding date - We will do our best to rebook the original stylist for the new date or supply another available stylist. If this is not possible then the usual cancellation fees apply. Please note if you require a second trial you will need to pay the full trial amount.
Change to number of clients - A new price will be calculated based on our current price list to reflect any changes in the bridal party.
Stylists are allocated based on the number of people in the bridal party. If the number of people or number of services is reduced after the booking has been made and confirmation sent, we may need to charge for the stylist that has been released if not notified within 1 month before wedding date.
Please note: Any discounts will only apply at the time of booking and will not be applied to any changes.
Change of location - We may need to add a travel charge if the location changes. If the location changes dramatically we may need to send a different stylist, if another stylist cannot be found we reserve the right to cancel the booking. If you have already had a trial and would like another one with the new stylist the full charge will apply.The deposit is non refundable.
Following the new smoking regulations - smoking whilst a stylist is working is not permitted.
Stylists reserve the right to refuse to work if a client is rude or aggressive. In this case the usual cancellation policy will apply.
Please confirm that you have read and understood the terms and conditions at time of booking.
Zoe Norris Bridal Hair holds full public liability insurance.
Any member of Zoe Norris Bridal Hair Team work under their own insurance policies.
